The 2014 Great Willys Picnic,
Show and Swap was a huge success! It was the event's 15th anniversary
and the weather was perfect - sun, blue sky, and a slight breeze. We
had 67 vehicles sign in for the show, plus a few more that did not come
into the show field. The swap meet area was full of rare Willys
accessories and parts. There were fantastic door prizes for those
people who brought the vehicles, 15th Anniversary Willys Picnic
T-shirts, a 50/50 drawing and raffle prizes. Hundreds of Willys'
enthusiasts were present too.
The Willys Picnic was on the
grounds of the Wanamaker, Kempton
& Southern Railroad again this year. We hope everyone was
able to take the train ride through the countryside. Also onsite is the
Schuykill & Lehigh Model Railroad Club's HO model train display.
Thanks again to Seth King and family for making everything
happen. He puts in a lot of time that enabled this event to grow into
what it is today.
Also a great big thank you to all our sponsors.
Carl (and family) and Daniel were there answering questions
all day long and brought baseball caps and pens for everyone. They also
contributed a handful of $25.00 gift certificates for door prizes.

JB's Jeeps donated the very cool dash plaques again this
year. JB also had his rare Perkins diesel CJ-5 wrecker in the show.
The East Coast Willys Association made a generous donation to
the Picnic and also a door prize tool bag full of stuff including a
laser cut Jeep grill key chain and a T-shirt. Check out the laser cut
key chains and parts at
